Construction Management Services
The role of Construction Management is fundamentally that of reduction of risk to the owner. Risk reduction is characterized by timely completion of work, at the desired level of quality, achieved at a reasonable cost.
For 25 years, PMCI has effectively managed construction projects. We have participated in some of the most complex projects completed to date. PMCI personnel have experience in many systems, methods and means to accomplish construction works. We fully understand, manage and balance the often complex interrelationships between cost, time and quality.
We evaluate the Owner’s specific needs and requirements. Then, upon agreement with the Owner as to the desired level of quality, the required date of need and the budget for completion, PMCI personnel develop a plan to realize these goals. Characteristically, we make the plan, and then work the plan.
PMCI professional construction managers utilize the most efficient project control systems to allow informed decisions at any critical decision point. Our CM personnel are proficient with estimating, project control, project scheduling and other data systems, and we can customize those applications, as requested or required.
